Christmas Post Dates

Week commencing 18th - normal trading.  Any orders placed after 8am on 21st will not be processed until 27th.
25th and 26th December - closed.  No emails or texts will be answered during this time.
27th and 28th December - normal trading HOWEVER any orders placed after 8am on 28th, will not be processed until 2nd January 2024.  For 2 day delivery service to the Highlands, orders must be placed by 8am on 27th.  

Normal service resumes from 2nd January onwards

Orders are sent out Monday-Thursday for next day delivery via Courier (postcode exclusions apply - see below*).  We use DPD who deliver for us Tuesday to Friday typically between 8am-6pm.  No signature is required as the courier is instructed to leave the parcel in a safe place.  Orders placed after 8am on Thursday will not be processed until the following Monday.  Orders will not be delivered or dispatched at weekends or Bank Holidays.

Our raw dog food is packed in frozen blocks straight into thermal polystyrene boxes and then placed into a cardboard liner for shipment.  No additional plastic packaging is used - the blocks are not individually packaged so this reduces the amount of waste significantly.  Some councils will recycle the polystyrene boxes so check with them before you discard.  We are also looking into possibilities of a return service for the empty boxes in the future.
